PAYPER Shows Smart Solutions in Bagging and Palletizing Systems
PAYPER – Bagging & Palletizing Solutions is a Spanish company carrying out business in manufacturing machines and designing automated bagging and palletizing line solutions for raw materials such as plastic pellets, rice, flours, plant seeds, fertilizers, etc. The solutions which PAYPER – Bagging & Palletizing Solutions has currently had, have been accepted all over the world: such as; France, Mexico, Brazil, India, UAE as well as Thailand.
“Asia-Pacific Plas and Pack” Magazine had an opportunity to talk to Mr. Piti Lertbusayanukul, Field Manager Asia Pacific, PAYPER, S.A. Representative Office, about the company which he revealed that PAYPER was a Spanish company founded in 1973, engaged in providing services on solutions for process baggers and pallet conveyors. The type of raw materials to be packed would be plastic pellets, fertilizers, rice, plant seeds, flours, animal feeds, etc.

PAYPER’s bagging machines can fill any type of bags. In principal, the bagging machine which is one of PAYPER’s technology is the TUBULAR FFS (Form, Fill and Seal) bagging machine. This model is very much popular for use in the petrochemical group. Its working property is that the film will be fed into the machine and the machine will form up the bags and seal the products and thereafter, the products will shoot out. Another solution of the bagging machine is the OPEN MOUTH BAGGING MACHINE model which is automatically-operated, able to pick up bags for filling and sealing. In addition, PAYPER has the other technology solutions for customers to choose according to their usage: such as; BIG BAG and VALVE BAG. Other than the bagging machine, PAYPER has a High Valve Palletizing and Robot Palletizing system including a conveyor system that can as well be integrated into the PAYPER’s system. Mr. Lertbusayanukul further added that the length of time required to build a PAYPER’s system would depend on the entrepreneurs as to whichever the form of the production line they would need. If the production should consist of many steps, it would possibly take a long time. Or if it should be of a general standard which only the machine would solely be used, the delivery period would approximately be between 4 to 5 months. And if any customer has a limited budget, PAYPER would be able to make a choice to compare the prices of the machines from the production bases in India and Spain because India has the same standard as that in Spain as well. PAYPER not only has the fully automatic solutions but also the Semi Automatic solutions to be offered to customers with small budgets in order to help Thai entrepreneurs being able to use Payer’s solutions.
