Mr. Suthipote Limpiviroj, Authorized StackTeck Distributor in Southeast Asia Area, said, StackTeck is a Canadian-based food and beverage packaging mold specialist having been founded for more than 50 years with manufacturing plants in Canada and South Korea. Over in the past, StackTeck had mold products already entering into the food and beverage packaging industry in Thailand, and with the continuous growth in the mold industry and the population income expansion in the ASEAN region, have made StackTeck being in need to find distributors to support sales and service works to domestic customers and customers in the ASEAN countries. So, we have been tasked with the accountability from StackTeck to take care of customers in Thailand as well as in China and in Southeast Asia or ASEAN region.
StackTeck’s products are products primarily generated by specialists in mold manufacturing in food and beverage packaging and the target customers are those with high product quality requirements. Customers focusing on high-volume production with rapidity cannot afford to make mistake and that the machines must produce 24/7 goods.
“StackTeck offers coolant flow solution that is as close as possible to the workpiece to help reduce cycle time in the production process. There is also a new innovative solution in the automation system by using robots to work in conjunction with the machines in picking up workpieces and remove them from the molds for placing on conveyor belts. On such solution, StackTeck now has its own R&D and production facilities. We can respond to the customers needs in a “Total Solution” so called “StackTeck Automation”.
“The markets in Thailand have started to expand more after the COVID-19 situation has begun to calm down which, as a result, it can be seen that the customers’ investments are more emerged and the production processes have even been further improved, which will be more in line with StackTeck’s goal to meet the needs of customers, especially, the creation of good production solutions for customers so that the customers can reduce their production costs as much as possible including increasing their productivities as much as practicable.”
On the part of the service work, because we are the distributor and provide the after-sales service, in the initial handling of the StackTeck service work, we will fix the problem for the customers first. But, if the problem cannot be solved, StackTeck’s team will send experts from Canada or Korea to help fix it for the customers; or on some problem, it may just simply need to change spare parts to enable the customers to continue with their production operations. In the future, if StackTeck’s products should become popular with an increase in the sales volume, it is potentially possible that there would be a sales office in Thailand with an administrative team and maintenance or service section available for customers in Thailand and the ASEAN region.
