Rockwell Automation Appoints Vanessa Moreno as Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) and Large Project Pursuit Manager for Southeast Asia
Rockwell Automation, the world’s largest company dedicated to industrial automation and digital transformation, is strengthening its engagement with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) partners and large capital projects across Southeast Asia by appointing Vanessa Moreno as EPC and Large Project Pursuit Manager, effective 2 March 2026.
Vanessa brings extensive international experience, having worked across global industrial organisations including 3M and Schneider Electric. Most recently, she served as country manager for Peru and Bolivia at Schneider Electric, where she led commercial strategy and business growth initiatives in South America.

Vanessa brings both the strategic perspective and practical experience needed to help our customers and partners deliver projects successfully across Southeast Asia,” said Marcelo Tarkieltaub, regional director, Southeast Asia, Rockwell Automation.
Throughout her career, Vanessa has built strong capabilities in pursuit strategy, cross-functional collaboration and early-stage project shaping. She has worked closely with customers, partners and cross-functional teams to support complex industrial projects across multinational environments.
Vanessa will be based in Rockwell Automation’s Bangkok office.
