Nippon Sanso (Thailand): A Trusted Industrial Gas Partner For Thai Businesses
Nippon Sanso (Thailand) Co., Ltd., (NSTH), a member of Sanso Holdings Group—the world’s fourth-largest industrial gas supplier—has served customers in Thailand for more than 40 years. The company remains committed to supporting its customers’ operations and contributing to the growth of Thailand’s industrial sector.

Mr. Poompat Ketluar, Assistant Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Nippon Sanso (Thailand), stated that for ProPak 2026, the company was showcasing technologies related to industrial gases. He began by outlining the company’s background: Nippon Sanso is a Japanese industrial gas manufacturer supplying gases such as nitrogen, oxygen, argon, and hydrogen to various sectors, including the automotive, food, medical, and electronics industries.
Based in Singapore, the company is working with its regional headquarters to showcase gas application technologies at ProPak 2026. These solutions integrate gas directly into factory processes. One featured solutions is a nitrogen-based cryogenic freezer, which uses liquid nitrogen at an extremely low temperature of -196°C to rapidly cool or freeze products. In Thailand and across ASEAN, food manufacturers use cryogenic freezing to improve energy efficiency while helping preserve product quality.

The technology is available in two main formats: tunnel freezers for continuous production and cabinet freezers for batch processing while another technology involves the use of dry ice (solid CO2)—commonly found in industrial settings—for cleaning applications. This is utilized across various sectors, including food production lines and plastic mold manufacturing.
In addition to supplying industrial gases, Nippon Sanso maintains a dedicated service and technical team of over 50 professionals. They provide comprehensive support—including the installation of gas storage tanks and related equipment—to customers throughout Thailand on a 24-hour basis. A hotline is available for immediate contact, enabling the company to dispatch teams to customer sites within one to two hours. Furthermore, a team of experts is available to provide on-site consultation and advice.
