We have Working Teams comprising more than 300 people, divided into the Service Department of more than 130 people, a total number of 3 service centers in Thailand where the first one of which is located at our head office in Bangkok and the other 2 are located in Rayong and Khon Kaen. While in the Northern and Southern areas, we also have the on-site Service Department. Mettler-Toledo Service Department provides comprehensive services by our well-trained employees having expertise ready to support our customers in all aspects ranging from the installations, preliminary calibrations to preventive maintenances and scheduled upgrading.
