ICT Upgrades Oem Factory To Smart Manufacturing And Enters Skincare Market In Full Range
ICT Manufacturing Co., Ltd., a specialist in comprehensive OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) cosmetics manufacturing, is upgrading its factory to Smart Manufacturing, raising quality standards and supporting the continuous growth of the beauty industry. Building on its strengths in core product lines, the company is expanding into the skincare markets, aiming for total revenue of 1.5 billion Baht by 2026 and laying the foundation for medical device business to ensure long-term organizational growth. Mr. Thanawat Pibulsawasdi, Managing Director of ICT Manufacturing Co., Ltd., revealed that the company had operated 100% OEM cosmetics manufacturing without its own brand, and maintained its role as a “business partner” with its focus on client success, not a competitor. This has eventually resulted in continuous trust from domestic and international cosmetics brands.

Leveraging its expertise in makeup manufacturing, the company has set a strategy to enter the fast-growing skincare market. It will build on its strengths in core product categories while differentiating itself through research, development, and innovation rather than competing on price. Despite global economic challenges over the past year, the company recorded 15% year-on-year growth and achieved an annual production capacity of more than 40 million units, reflecting steadily increasing customer confidence. This growth has been supported by an expanding customer base, joint product development with brands, and continued investment in technology to improve production efficiency.
Mr. Pibulsawasdi added that, to support long-term growth, the company has invested in bead production technology and an in-house Encapsulation (NCAP) system. It is also collaborating with leading universities on research and development to raise production standards and create added value for Thailand’s cosmetics industry. These efforts support the development of high-potential products in the global market, including moisturizers, skin-brightening products, and sunscreens.

A key milestone for the company is upgrading its factory to Smart Manufacturing by integrating automation, robotics, and camera vision technology into production and quality control. These technologies improve accuracy, reduce errors, and raise production standards, thus enabling the company to support customer growth more efficiently. To further increase capacity and meet future market demand, the company plans to invest an additional 50-200 million Baht in machinery in phases.
For its business plan, the company aims to expand its skincare production capacity to 10-20 million units per year. This is expected to generate revenue of approximately 500-700 million Baht and be a key driver towards the target of total revenue of 1,500 million Baht by 2026. This will be coupled with the application of Data Science to analyze consumer behavior and market trends, helping clients develop differentiated products that meet consumers’ needs and increase the chances of brand success in the Southeast Asian markets.
