CLF Marks 60 Years with Taiwan’s First 5000-Ton Injection Molding Machine

 

 

Chuan Lih Fa Machinery Works Co., Ltd. (CLF) celebrates its 60th anniversary with the official launch of the CLF 5000TPII, Taiwan’s first 5000-ton ultra-large two-platen plastic injection molding machine. This milestone marks Taiwan’s injection molding machine industry’s entry into the 5000-ton class and demonstrates CLF’s strong R&D and manufacturing capabilities in large and ultra-large injection molding equipment.

 

 

Since its establishment in 1966, CLF has continued to invest in the design, manufacturing, and technological advancement of plastic injection molding machines. Its machines are widely used in automotive components, logistics pallets, construction materials, industrial containers, and various large plastic products, and have been exported to more than 70 countries worldwide. In recent years, CLF has also successfully expanded into semiconductor-related manufacturing applications, including equipment for front opening unified pod (FOUP) production, demonstrating its technical strength in high precision, customization, and large-scale molding system integration.

 

 

 

 

The newly launched CLF 5000TPII features a two-platen structure designed to provide a large opening stroke, efficient space utilization, stable force distribution, and customized side-entry mold solutions. Integrated with automation peripherals and production layout planning, the machine helps customers build more competitive ultra-large injection molding solutions.
