METTLER-TOLEDO (Thailand) Presented X12 X-ray Machine that Meets the Needs of Food Processing

In the past Propak Asia 2023, I had the opportunity to interview Ms. Orawan Kongsomboon, General Manager, Thailand Vietnam Mettler-Toledo (Thailand) Co., Ltd. which she revealed that, this year, the X12 X-ray machine, an X-ray system able to detect adulterated things with high precision, perfect and performance detection had been placed on exhibition. In addition to the ability to detect metal, this machine could also detect the often hard-to-detect physically adulterated things such as glasses, stones, bones, etc. The X-ray machine worked automatically in concert with ContamPlusTM intelligent inspection software which helped improve the uptime and reduce the production costs, including an easy-to-use HMI menu and automatic settings, thus, reducing the training steps for operators as well as enhancing the safety and quality of the products. Therefore, the production capability was increased by having an easy-to-understand interface being paired with an open front design for easy access for cleaning and maintenance, increasing the working time and productivity as well as being environmentally friendly, in addition. METTLER TOLEDO used a relatively low power generator of only 150 watts, but still offered good detections of adulterated things with a 5-year warranty on the power generator. This thing was a guarantee that the X12 X-ray machines from METTLER TOLEDO could respond to requirements in all aspects.

“The X12 X-ray machine is a machine that helps customers who are starting up their export business or taking care of domestic customers in food processing group to be able to create the production standards acceptable to the markets by the investments in which the customers can invest. Nevertheless, we provide our supports to customers who are concerned over their investments by making calculations for them to see where the break-even point of this machine is and how long it will take for each business enterprise to be able to achieve the break-even point,” added Ms. Kongsomboon.
