Friul Filiere Produces Twin-screw Extruders Which Can Be CONICAL or PARALLEL

 

Special Properties: 

 

• The CONICALs are extruders, with counter-rotating screws, specific for processing RIGID PVC from dryblend and granules. Conical extruders are especially suitable for the extrusion of profiles at high speed with high back pressures.

 

• Thanks to the particular design of the screws and cylinder, we can boast energy savings on installed power, whilst guaranteeing the best production performance. Available in 43, 53, 63 and 83 diameter versions.

 

• The PARALLELS are extruders with counter-rotating screws, high torque and high production capacities, specific for processing plasticized or rigid PVC, from dryblend and granules. These twin screws are available in 90,110,130 diameter versions. Thanks to the particular design of the screws and cylinder, we can boast energy savings on installed power, whilst guaranteeing the best production performance.
