    Mr. Eddy Lin, Plant Manager, said, “The ThaiMax plastics is working on two main Projects, with the 1st Project being the Plastics Injection Machine where the products of which are nylon rings, bobbin caps, and other types of plastics pieces with the total production capacity of 240 tons per year and the 2nd Project, the Plastics Melting Machine, where the products of which are plastics pellets from nylon with the total production capacity of 4,380 tons per year.  The main products are recycled plastics pellets of the plastics or plastics-coated products such as nylon rings, plastics pellets, bobbin caps and other products according to the customers’ needs. We have a complete one-stop production and proper recycling to the production process for conversion into plastics pellets and can be reused sustainably. A strict inspection is implemented from the beginning to the end of the process including a permanent database. We collect detailed information about the origin of raw materials as well as the products until reaching the consumers eventually enabling us to keep up with the response, follow-up and analysis, accurately and permanently. We focus on the stability of reliable quality in order to build up confidence in our customers.
