StackTeck Offers High-Performance Plastic Injection Molds at ProPak Asia 2024 and InterPlas Thailand 2024.

Mr. Suthipote (Win) Limpiviroj, StackTeck’s Authorized Distributor in Southeast Asia, said that StackTeck was a mold manufacturer in food and beverage industry with two mold manufacturing factories: one in Canada as head office and another in Korea. StackTeck’s molds focused on high volume and high precision applications. “At ProPak Asia 2024 this year, StackTeck introduces an innovative mold product which we call “KoolTrack™” that helps reduce the production time. This technology is a process using 2 pieces of steels which are joined together by using heat and pressure to fuse the 2 pieces of steels together that allows for more Cooling Channels or water flow channels into workpieces as well as shortening the production cycle time. It also allows manufacturers to produce more workpieces while reducing costs and increasing profits for customers, as well. Therefore, StackTeck is proud to present this “KoolTrack™” innovative mold technology to visitors at ProPak Asia 2024.

 

 

 

StackTeck also participates in InterPlas Thailand 2024, by presenting many new and innovative mold products to visitors. The innovation we present are cups made from PET Resin using the Injection Molding process. Normally, we see the production process of PET cups to be a production process using Thermoforming Molding, but at present, StackTeck has invented a new production method, which is the Injection Molding process.
