M.K. P. C. Corporation Limited, established in 2010, was initially engaged in the business of distributing HDPE, LLPE, LDPE, ABS, SAN, PS and PP plastic resins to the plastic industry customers and, subsequently, a new product called the Additive Polycom from Omega, India, was imported for distributing to customers in the plastics industry. In 2014, the company added to its inventory stocks a new product known as the Tech Oil lubricant manufactured in the ISO 9001: 2008,18001: 2544, TIS 18001-2554 BS, OHSAS 18001: 2007 certified factory which is a comprehensively-functional lubricant used in the automotive industry, hydraulic and gear work, including metal working. Thereafter, another new product group called the Chemical Additive (Onepack) from Doobon, South Korea, for use in the plastic resin industry was added.
Currently, the company has a Working Team well-versed in petro-chemistry, lubricants and additive ready to provide consultations including services on the laboratory analysis for quality checks which are standard-recognized and acceptable.
Miss. Jinney Tonsakul, Managing Director, said, “We are a manufacturer of lubricants and an importer of plastic products and that in the past ProPak Asia Trade Fair, Additive Polycom, also known as a modifier substance, of Omega Company from India, was introduced. The Additive Polycom is an additive ideally suitable for plastics processing factories because it will make work pieces tough and help reduce the production cost: for example; a sack manufacturing factory requiring plastic resins and calcium carbonate granules for use in the productions and during the sack weaving process, the plastic resins and calcium carbonate granules will not be blended together and dusts which are calcium carbonate granules are created; it is this Additive Polycom that can help activate the plastic resins and calcium carbonate granules to blend together eventually making the sacks uneasy to break.
Other than being the product giving tough property and helping in reducing the costs, the distinctive qualification of the Additive Polycom is that it can prevent UV light. More importantly, it is cheaper than the general plastic resins. Over in the past, there were factories using recycled plastic resins having already been heated, thus, making the efficiency and quality of the plastic resins low for use in the productions. Additive Polycom will be one of the additives to help increase the efficiency of the recycled plastics to be of more quality.”
