The dehumidifier consumes just only a little bit of energy because it is equipped with a power saving mode to ensure that the required amount of heat and air flow is used to increase the temperature of the raw material as specified. The vacuum system is the main method for drying the plastic resins by changing the temperature of the boiling point down to 56 degrees Celsius. This methodology makes the difference in the temperature and the pressure which means that the moisture will be released quickly from the raw materials consequently resulting in the plastic resins to be dried out in just only 30-40 minutes which is faster than the traditional dryer that takes 3 hours for drying.
